MMI focuses on developing and enhancing skills that are critical for good leaders. These goals are accomplished via workshops, programming, and peer interaction.

Academic and Professional Support

Black male students may not adequately express what they need for success. Through this program, we work with each student to develop and execute success plans.

Mentorship

Mentorship is a major component of the MMI plan. In addition to receiving professional mentors, young men in the MMI program mentor other students. If you are interested in becoming a mentor, please send us an email. Mentors are required to complete a thorough screening process.
